Calendar sales terms
How ordering the Solarigraphy Calendar works — who sells it, how an order is handled and what to do when something goes wrong.
1Who sells the calendars
The calendars are sold by Dawid Rycąbel (PINHOLOVE), the author of Solarigrafia.app, as a private individual. The sale is occasional — one edition a year, within a short ordering window — and is not conducted as a business activity. For anything related to orders write to pinholove.com@gmail.com.
2What you can order
The Solarigraphy Calendar is a yearly collection of solarigraphs made together with the creators gathered around the portal. The current edition can be ordered in two sizes — A3 and A4. Earlier years are in the archive for viewing only; they are not for sale.
3How to place an order
- Orders go through the form on the calendar page, during the announced sales window. Outside that window the form is closed.
- No account is needed — anyone can order.
- A single order may contain at most ten copies in total, counting both sizes together.
- For delivery in Poland you choose a parcel locker; for delivery abroad you give a full postal address.
- Placing an order means you have read these terms and accept them.
4Price and payment
The price per copy in each size and the shipping cost are shown next to the form, before you place the order. The amount due is calculated by the server from those prices and shown before you submit — that amount is the binding one. The portal does not take online payments: after ordering you receive bank transfer details. I wait seven days for the payment; after that the order expires and the copy returns to the pool.
5Shipping
I ship the calendar within seven working days of the payment reaching my account. The details needed for delivery — name, phone number and the chosen parcel locker or address — are passed to the carrier; without them the parcel cannot be sent. I confirm dispatch by email to the address given in the order.
6Returns
This is a private, occasional sale, so the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal that applies to purchases from a business does not apply here. If you still want to return an unused, undamaged copy, write to me — I handle such requests individually and usually agree. Return postage is then paid by the buyer, and I refund the price of the calendar once the parcel arrives, by the same route the payment came. I give the return address in reply to your message.
7Damaged or missing parcels
If the calendar arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write within fourteen days of dispatch — for damage, attach photos of the parcel and its contents. I then send a replacement, and if the print run is exhausted, I refund the price together with the shipping cost. This is not goodwill: it is the seller's liability for goods that do not match the agreement.
8Personal data
Data from the order form is used solely to fulfil the order and to contact you about the shipment. What is collected, how long it is kept and who it is passed to is described in the Privacy policy.
9Contact and complaints
Send anything to do with an order — questions, complaints, returns — to pinholove.com@gmail.com. I reply within fourteen days at the latest.
10Final provisions
An order is governed by the terms in force on the day it is placed; later changes do not apply retroactively. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. These terms are effective from 10 September 2026.
